The Archway Certified program sets a consistent standard for platform expertise across the firms and individuals who work with Archway every day.
Certification is earned after investing in learning the platform and how partnership accounting reflects the modern challenges of family office management. Candidates need to demonstrate a deep understanding of how to use the system, how partnership investments are represented on the ledger, and the common methods for appropriately managing a complex general ledger with many tiers of nested ownership.
Two tracks reflect how practitioners engage with Archway:
Track 01: Archway Certified Practitioner (ACP)
The Practitioner track is for the people who run Archway day-to-day — accounting staff, operations teams and reporting analysts inside client firms. The training works through the platform itself: how to navigate it, how partnership accounting actually behaves inside it, and how to get clean reports out the other side. Practitioners go deep on LP and GP entries, K-1 workflows and capital account maintenance, before turning to the discipline of reconciliation, data integrity and the error patterns that tend to recur in live environments.
Assessment is practical, and scenario-based. Certified Practitioners benefit by having a close connection to Archway and the ability to signal to potential employers that they are qualified for this type of work .
Track 02: Archway Certified Consultant (ACC)
The Consultant track is for the people working across multiple Archway environments — independent consultants, implementation firm staff and advisory professionals. We assess Practitioners knowledge of the the platform: scoping, data migration planning and go-live sequencing, followed by configuration across chart of accounts, entity structure and workflow rules. We review training delivery, cross-environment troubleshooting and a working knowledge of the product roadmap round out the curriculum.
Assessment is practical and takes place over custom periods of time depending upon the level of experience the Consultant has come in with.
