1. ​Aggregate information: We may collect anonymous data points alongside other information to produce aggregated statistical navigation information (e.g. information about your computer and your visits to this website such as your IP address, geographical location, browser type, referral source, length of visit and pages viewed) to help us improve our technology and service solutions.

Archway Group may purchase other businesses or their assets, sell our business assets, or be involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets (a “Business Transaction”). Requests to delete or remove your information do not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of the content or information posted, and removed information may persist in backup copies indefinitely. Please note that if you choose to delete your information or opt-out of the collection and use of your information, you understand that certain features, including but not limited to access to the Services, may no longer be available to you.

Retention of Personal Information

We retain Personal Information that you provide us as long as we consider it potentially useful in contacting you about the Services or our other services, or as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, and then we securely delete the information. If you provide information to our customers as part of their use of the Services, our customers decide how long to retain the personal information they collect from you. If a customer terminates its use of the Services, then we will provide the customer with access to all information stored for the customer by the Services, including any Personal Information provided by you, for export by the customer according to our agreement with our customer. After termination, we may, unless legally prohibited, delete all customer information, including your Personal Information, from the Services. We will not sell or otherwise transfer the personally identifiable information you provide to us to any third party for their own direct marketing use.

Our Services include Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button and Widgets, such as the Share This button or interactive mini-programs that run on our sites. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to these features. Updates to Privacy Policy

From time to time, Archway Group may revise this online Privacy Policy. Any such changes to this Privacy Policy will be promptly communicated on this page. Continued use of our sites after receiving notice of a change in our Privacy Statement indicates your consent to the use of newly submitted information in accordance with the amended Privacy Policy.
